This is a non-moderated list for those who just love handdrumming, whether you play djembe, congas, ashiko, bongos, or any other type of handrum. Since this list will not be moderated, and posts will not be pre-approved or edited in any way, this list will only be open to adults. If the occasional re-post or off-topic post, or advertisement, irks you, this is not the list for you. If you are a traditionalist looking for one type of drumming (such as west african, or latin), there are other lists for you, this is not the one. If the occasional argument breaks out, there will be no one moderating or mediating. The members of this list will be respected as adults, and hopefully any differences can be settled amongst themselves in that manner.

The purpose for this list is purely for fun. It is a way for handrummers (whether they be newbies, amateurs, enthusiasts, or professionals) to meet each other, and exchange information and conversation.
