I've had a look on the internet and it seems very interesting, but I'm not sure it's really for me. It must be really hard to eat out? Tams.

Hi guys, Does this mean what it says? Eat raw food? If so, how does that work? I've not heard of it before. Tams.

Hi Jan I too have a veggie daughter (just 14) and although she does like veg (especially spinach) one of the ways I get really highly nutritional veg into her
